• Production Process: Our products are made-to-order so they have a manufacturing time frame of 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before they are shipped, regardless of the chosen shipping method.
• Shipping Time: Your order will typically arrive approximately 5-7 business days after it has been shipped. While we work with various shipping partners, the final delivery is usually handled by USPS.

Incorrect/Insufficient Shipping Address:

• Please ensure that all details, including the recipient’s name, are accurate. Otherwise, the items may be returned to our shipping partners’ warehouses and disposed of by them. Carrazeel is not responsible for unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect or insufficient shipping information.
• If you need to change your address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, we cannot modify your delivery details.
